Hye Lyf LLC does not hold a cannabis license, and nothing here is an offer to sell cannabis or an offer of investment. We do work only under a signed written agreement.

hyelyf.com is run by Hye Lyf LLC, doing business as HYE LYF. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. You may read, share and link to these pages for your own information. Please do not copy the site for commercial use, try to break or overload it, send the form in someone else's name, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.
Information only, not advice
Everything on this site is general information about our services and about cultivation, buildings and licensing in California. It is not legal, tax, financial or regulatory advice, and it does not replace advice from a lawyer, accountant or other professional who knows your situation. Cannabis laws and rules vary by city, county and state, and they change. Law facts quoted on this site were checked when they were written and may be out of date when you read them.
No cannabis license, no offer to sell cannabis
Hye Lyf LLC does not hold a cannabis license. HYE LYF never buys, sells or brokers cannabis, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell cannabis or cannabis products. Any licensed cannabis activity is carried out by properly licensed parties under their own state and local licenses. A change in who owns a licensed business happens only through the state's change of ownership process and a signed written agreement.
No offer of investment
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a request for an offer to buy, any security or investment, and nothing on it asks anyone to invest in HYE LYF or in any facility. When we buy or lease a building, we do it with our own money under a signed written agreement with the owner.
Contacting us creates no agreement
Calling, emailing or sending the form does not create an agreement, a client relationship or any obligation for you or for us. Neither does a free first walkthrough. We do work only under a written agreement signed by both sides, and that agreement, not this site, sets the scope, price and terms.
No guarantee of results
We describe the work we do, not a promised outcome. HYE LYF does not guarantee any result, yield, harvest, lab test, revenue, timeline, license, permit or regulatory approval. Examples and numbers on this site are general and may not match your facility.
Intellectual property
The words, design and layout of this site and the HYE LYF name belong to Hye Lyf LLC or are used with permission. You may quote short parts with a link back to the page. Please do not reuse them in a way that suggests we endorse you or that you are HYE LYF.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to sites we do not control, such as state agencies and the sources we quote. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is and as available. We try to keep it accurate and working, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or free of errors or interruptions. To the fullest extent the law allows, Hye Lyf LLC and its owners and team are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using or relying on this site, including indirect or consequential losses and lost profits. We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date and applies from that date. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
